No.  This is a real estate brokerage which sponsors non-producing licensed Texas TC's who wish to not be sponsored by a mega or competing broker.  The designated broker/owner of Texas Transaction Coordinators, LLC DBA Texas TC Network has dedicated their profession to the business of transaction management.  The non-producing broker has production experience, has been a team leader, and currently runs a successful independent TC company.

Truth is, TC's in Texas may feel like they're operating on an island.  Producing brokers don't always understand what professional TC's do and the value we offer their brokerages.  This brokerage was started to allow for a collective of licensed TCs to come together and promote their individual businesses while hanging their sales agent license with a non-producing/non-competing brokerage, TREC LLC #9011851 Texas Transaction Coordinators.

For all licensees, NAR, TXR, and local association membership is a requirement, and a licensee may join one or more of the following associations: MetoTex (DFW), Houston, Longview, Tyler, and Austin.  Additionally, for licensees who wish to sell on occasion, local MLS membership will be required.  For licensees which wish to join a MLS, the broker is a member of South Texas, NTREIS, Houston, Longview, Tyler, and Austin MLS's.  Keep in mind though, this brokerage is intended for TC's who are invested in their transaction coordinator business.  Personal sales and sales to family on occasion are warranted.

A small monthly sponsorship fee includes supplemental E&O/vicarious liability insurance at the brokerage level.  Brokerage fees such as referral and production splits are setup like that of a discount brokerage with very reasonable splits.  This brokerage is, on it's face, not digging for profits.  It does although, need to offset liability of brokerage activities as this is a 'traditional brokerage' in the eyes of TREC.  Stop splitting your referral fees to excess with a mega broker.
